This is an index and preservation mirror of the U.S. Department of State’s USRAP archive. Every link below points to the original government file. We keep our own copies as well, because records that document decades of American promises have a way of vanishing when the policy changes, and this administration has already dismantled Enduring Welcome, driven Afghan visa issuance to zero, and reserved the refugee program’s only increase for a single favored group.
Nothing here is ours. It is the public’s. We are simply making sure it stays public, and easy to find.
